Hi there,
I'm Josh, Team Lead for Conversing Care and the Community Mental Health Forum.
Conversing Care has provided local Emotional Support Services over the years to help tackle suicide and self-harm in a preventative way.
Moving forward with limited resources, I now want to focus on growing a community with peer-to-peer support at its heart, wide in scope but safely controlled to encourage healthy connections with others.
Please get involved as much as you can, either as a user or apply to volunteer in some way.
The more we can grow the community, the more resources we have access too in order to provide the best forum possible for exploring and improving our collective mental health.
