We envision a world where people don’t feel their only need is to self-harm or end their own life because they don’t have adequate support or they are battling mental health issues in isolation.

Who can use this service?
If you’re 18 or older, live in Kent / Medway and struggling to cope with mental health and wellbeing challenges – you can use our services.
Are you a free & confidential service?
Yes. We’re a charity so all services are free to use.
We are a confidential and non-judgemental service. The only time we will pass on information is to safeguard under UK law.
Who will I speak too?
All volunteers are vetted and trained, with background experience in Health & Social Care.
