Chronic Pain Peer-Support Group

Our online Support Group is a safe space for sharing and learning from our collective experiences of persistent (chronic) pain. Places still available!

Our Vision

We envision a world where people don’t feel their only need is to self-harm or end their own life because they don’t have adequate support or they are battling mental health issues in isolation.

If you’re 18 or older, live in Kent / Medway and struggling to cope with mental health and wellbeing challenges – you can use our services.

Yes. We’re a charity so all services are free to use.
We are a confidential and non-judgemental service. The only time we will pass on information is to safeguard under UK law.
