Community Mental Health Forum
The Community Mental Health Forum, or CMHF, is an online message board where members can interact, create and respond to topics related to mental health and personal development.
As well as trained admin support, we also allow private messaging between members to encourage peer-to-peer support.

Chronic Pain Peer-Support Group
Our online Support Group is a safe space for sharing and learning from our collective experiences of chronic pain and chronic ill health.
This rolling group offers space for connection, taking time to work on personal pain goals and develop healthier coping strategies.

Begin a caring conversation with us. Our volunteers will listen and support your wellbeing. Free & Conditional.
