How to do it:
- Make sure you have Ice Cubes in the freezer ready to go.
- When you are feeling spaced out, not with it or having thoughts of harming yourself, put a few ice cubes in both hands and squeeze as long as you can.
- It is really painful but try your best to squeeze as hard as you can for a few moments.
- This will make you tense and hurt as you would if you self-harmed, making you feel more grounded.
