Our overall mood is how we feel throughout the day, day-by-day. Our feelings are often reactionary by events, lifestyle habits and previous trauma but can also shift unexpectedly when taking into account mental health issues.

The better our mood, the more productive we usually are. If we notice changes in our overall mood, we often think what has happened to cause these changes but often with mental health issues, it’s hard to pinpoint what the causes are, specially when mood is low for long periods of time.
